Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 11:00am, complimented by Schibello Caffe coffee. 

Our Lunch menu is served from 11am until 3pm, with the lunch pizza menu effective from Thursday through to Sunday. 

From 3pm we serve the finest Schibello  Caffe coffee, and a range of cakes, slices and muffins made in house. Fancy an antipasto platter and a glass of wine? We now serve antipasto platters & garlic bread all afternoon!

Sticks & Stones dinner menu is served from 6pm until late with house made pasta, our famous woodfired pizzas, fresh salads and a range of mains. Pizza, crusts, breads, salds and pasta are also available for takeaway from 6pm onwards.

We are proud to offer our guests a constantly varied selection of traditional dishes as well as an unforgettable dining out experience with our own special creations. We specialise in the best pizza and pasta Dubbo has to offer!

We also specialise in desserts as all our cakes, slices, muffins and sweets are made fresh in store.

We cater for anything from a children's birthday to a work function. With a great kids menu and also the set menu option, organisation of your event is made simple for you. Pre-ordering for large events is also available, and we advise you book any event, just to guarantee a table.
